We are so much more than

We are so much more than just underrated; we are the backbone of society. Our strength is unmatched, as we have overcome countless obstacles throughout history. Despite adversity, we continue to rise and thrive in our respective fields, whether in politics, academia, or the arts. Our intelligence is a trait that comes naturally to us. We are innovative, resourceful, and always seeking knowledge. For example, Mae Jemison, the first black woman to go to space, or Katherine Johnson, the mathematician who helped send astronauts to the moon. We have always been pioneers in science and technology, and our contributions have been invaluable.

Our resilience is another characteristic that defines a black woman. We have endured centuries of oppression and discrimination, yet we remain steadfast in our pursuit of equality and justice. Whether it be through activism or simply living our lives unapologetically, we have shown time and time again that we cannot be broken.

Our beauty is not just skin deep when it comes to women of color. Our features are unique and captivating, and oh baby, our melanin-rich skin is a testament to our ancestry and heritage. We have always been trendsetters regarding fashion and beauty, and our influence can be seen everywhere.

Moreover, black women are queens of origin. We are the African diaspora's mothers, daughters, and sisters, and our culture and traditions have been passed down from generation to generation. From braids and headwraps to soul food and gospel music, we have contributed immeasurably to the world we live in today.

All this and so much more just to keep it 100, and unapologetically straighten my posture and lift my head high to remind everyone that black women are forces to be reckoned with. Our strength, intelligence, resilience, beauty, and cultural heritage are just a few of the things that make me a timeless queen of origin.
